    Exciting news for first-time buyers in Newport!

    As seen in the South Wales Argus Lovell Homes has launched the second phase of the Locke Gardens development at Glan Llyn, offering a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, including shared ownership and affordable options.

    According to the article a total of 500 homes are planned for the site, including 286 open market properties, 80 affordable homes, and 134 shared ownership units. The Lovell development is being developed in partnership with Pobl.
