54 year old female,55 (15/02/72) needing a 1 bed flat/Apartment, registered severely disabled and vulnerable due to having cancer twice, firstly breast secondly Oesophageal leaving me without a voicebox using a prosthetic valve to speak. I am looking to move from here as soon as possible as I get no sleep or peace and quiet and I am verbally abused by the 27 year old male living above me within same house. He calls me f****** bottle neck due to me having a large hole In,my neck/Throat and I am very scared and wary of him and all the other men he has here all hours of the night , I am desperate to move. Thank you
